If you’re a huge indie fanatic who enjoys seeing all your faves in one place, this year’s Y Not Festival is a place from your dreams. The organizers behind this event recently announced an impressive lineup for the 2019 edition of the festival, which features the likes of Two Door Cinema Club and Foals.
Y
Not Festival has been around since 2006, and it’s been taking place in the
small village of Pikehall ever since. This year’s event will be held on the
weekend between July 25 and 28, and its organizers managed to convince a number
of beloved artists to head to this tiny town in the Derbyshire Dales.
“We’re
so happy to have a 2019 line-up bursting at the seams. We’ve got a huge mix of
new and old faces to the Derbyshire Dales, with massive returns from classic
bands such as White Lies, plus the huge welcomes to the UK’s hottest emerging
stars like Idles and Mahalia,” read the statement released by organizers of
this event.
Elbow,
Two Door Cinema Club and Foals will be leading the way as headliners, but the
list of performers features several equally popular bands, such as Wolf Alice,
Franz Ferdinand and You Me At Six.
