Cardi B is releasing a new single soon!
The American rapper just announced on her social media that her new song “Press” will be out on Friday, May 31st. This will be her second single of the 2019 following “Please Me,” her collaboration with Bruno Mars.
“PRESS SINGLE AND OFFICIAL ART WORK DROPS THIS WEEK ON
5/31!!!” – Cardi B wrote on
Instagram on Monday while posting a promotional pic.
Cardi B originally announced “Press” back in December, when she posted a video on social media which shows her rapping the lyrics of the song: “Press, press, press, press, press/ Cardi don’t need more press.” Although the track was supposed to be released shortly after, the “Bodak Yellow” singer changed her mind and released “Money” instead.
Besides working on new music, Cardi also decided to try
acting. She recently joined the cast of Jennifer Lopez-led crime-comedy
Hustlers in which she will play the role of Serena. The movie, directed by Lorene
Scafaria, is set for release on September 13th.
