Mac DeMarco continues his holiday tradition of covering Christmas songs. This time, he gifted us with a rendition of Christmas classic “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.”

Posting the cover on YouTube, DeMarco shared that he
recorded the song in his studio Jizz Jazz, which is located in Brooklyn. The
track came with an accompanying video that had the Christmas tree ornament of
Star Wars’ Emperor Palpatine in the main role. As the song progressed, the
camera zoomed in closer on the ornament.
